  • Longest side ≤ 100CM. Over that, we move you to another HK air channel
  • 5–12 business days for delivery after the flight, by destination postcode

No fuel or handling surcharges on this channel. We do not carry vapes or vape accessories — cargo held for that reason is not compensated or refunded.

How a parcel actually moves

The two channels run different trunk legs, then converge in Sydney onto the same duty-paid clearance and local delivery. Clearance is where transit times diverge most — and it's the leg we carry.

SURCHARGES & TERMS

Surcharges and terms

No channel includes customs duty, inspection or destruction charges. These are the surcharges that come up most — the calculator applies the relevant ones for you.

Item descriptions

¥25

¥25 for each description beyond five. The two rate cards word this slightly differently — confirm before booking.

Formal declaration (AU01)

¥500

¥500 per consignment for sea formal declaration, ¥50 per extra page. Customs is scrutinising inflated declarations, so expect some delay. Sensitive cargo is not accepted for formal declaration.

Fumigation and inspection

¥500

Timber, rattan and bamboo items need a valid fumigation certificate; if you don't supply one we arrange it at ¥500. Wooden furniture needs inspection at ¥500. A borrowed certificate that causes a hold is at the sender's cost.

Irregular packaging (AU delivery)

AUD 10

Round, triangular, crated, unpacked or woven-bag outers attract AUD 10 per piece on local delivery — roughly ¥50.

Remote areas (AU01)

¥300 / ¥500

¥300 per consignment in remote zone 1, ¥500 in zone 2, determined by destination postcode. The calculator applies it automatically.

Duty and inspection

No channel includes customs duty, inspection or destruction charges. If customs inspects or orders destruction, those costs fall to the sender.

Amazon FBA intake

—

Amazon-bound cartons need two intake barcodes and must meet Amazon's weight rules. If oversize or overweight cargo is refused at the warehouse, those costs fall to the customer.

Under 0.5KG

—

Consignments under 0.5KG are quoted individually — ask us.

Note: we reserve final interpretation of these terms. Booking a consignment is taken as acceptance of the rate card notes and shipping terms in full.
